Renovation Projects In The Caribbean
Divi Hotels in Sint Maarten and Aruba
After the hurricane Irma, Divi Resorts has decided to re open its famous hotel in St. Maarten: Divi Little Bay Beach Resort. As part of this, a renovation project has been undertaken and Board & Wall Co. has been proudly part of it.
Indeed, Board & Wall Co. has supplied all required drywall materials. We have participated in the restoration of refreshed rooms, building of eateries and new activity centers.
Therefore our main products used in the hotel are:
- Moisture resistant gypsum board
- Exterior gypsum board
- Fiber cement board
- Joint compound
- Metal profile and accessories
- Access panel
Similarly, Board & Wall Co. had the opportunity to work for the renovation of Divi Aruba All-Inclusive Resort in Aruba. Our products have been used in the renovation of accommodations and design of new rooms in the hotel.
Despite the Covid-19, we are very satisfied of the work we have accomplished. Exporting our products from Turkey to the other end of the earth has shown that our company’s vision is always one step ahead. We look forward our next collaborations with Divi Resorts in the near future.
Construction Project In West Africa
Project in Benin
Due to exponential population growth and insufficient public housing, a construction program of social and economic housing has been undertaken in Benin.
As part of this program, Board & Wall Co. has contributed to the project by being one of the main suppliers.
The project which started in early 2021, will last 18 months and is carried out in three stages. The first stage focuses on the city of Ouèdo, located 40 km from Cotonou.
In this context, the town of Ouèdo is designed on a 235 hectare site, integrating 10849 housing unites and 4336 buildings and 3539 villas in total.
As a result, Board & Wall Co. has successfully supplied all required drywall materials of the first stage by providing:
- Gypsum boards
- Plaster powder
- Metal profiles and accessories
Project For The United Nations
Project The United Nations
Recently, Board & Wall Co. had the honor to collaborate with the United Nations. The purpose of this partnership was to contribute into the completion of UNIFIL project’s (United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon) in Naqoura, Lebanon.
In the framework of this project, Board & Wall Co. has proudly met drywall requirements of the client.
Consequently, main products that have been used in UNIFIL project are:
- Fiber cement boards
- Moisture resistant gypsum boards
Building Project In Qatar
Premier Inn Hotel Project in Qatar
On the other hand, Board & Wall Co. has been involved in the construction of Premier Inn Hotel at Umm Ghuwailina in Doha, Qatar.
In this context, the construction of the hotel was spread over 7414 square meters area. The construction plan was including two basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor, additional floors, a roof top, 150 rooms and 320 rooms served apartments.
Hence, Board & Wall Co. has undertaken the supply of necessary materials by providing:
- Regular gypsum boards for dry areas (wall cladding, false ceiling and suspended ceiling works)
- Moisture resistant gypsum boards for wet areas (such as toilets and kitchen)
We are glad to have been part of this project which aimed to promote tourism and hospitality industry in Qatar.
Construction Of Luxury Properties In Nigeria 
Board & Wall Co. has been fortunate to participate in the construction of prestigious properties in popular Okotie Eboh street in Lagos (Nigeria). In fact, we have supplied full system of drywall for this project. The residential properties have 9-storey and encompasses 31 exclusive residences comprising of enormous all en-suite two-bedroom flats, and 3 bedroom duplexes.
