What Is Gypsum Board ?

Production Of Gypsum Board: How Do We Produce ?
Firstly, production is made of calcined plaster mineral. Then, we add water and mix it with other chemicals. This enable us to obtain a slurry compound. According to its type or use, plasterboard is reinforced with fibers. In fact, the purpose is to provide resistance against fire and humidity.
Secondly, for the preparation of necessary raw materials, the compound is pours down over a conveyer line. In other words, it gets bounded between continuous papers at front and back side. Which means that back side of the board is covered with kraft paper.
Then, we have the dryingstage. After that, gypsum board is shaped either as square or tapered edge and cut as per clients demand from 2000 to 3600mm.
To finish, as a last stage, gypsum boards get palletized by protection sheets at 4 sides and are prepared for delivery.
